Inside the Making of The Perigon by OMA

In celebration of The Perigon’s upcoming topping off construction milestone, guests are invited to experience a guided, intimate tour of The Perigon Miami Beach, an ultra-luxury new beachfront condominium designed by world-renowned architecture firm OMA to be Mid-Beach’s most iconic landmark address. The preview will offer a glimpse inside the craftsmanship and sitework. The tour will be led by OMA, who will share exclusive details on how they are bringing The Perigon to life.

Restricted to 18+. Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to the tour. A team member will provide all guests with construction vests, hard hats, and a waiver to sign and return. Street parking is limited. Guests are encouraged to use ride-share services, or otherwise should self-park using surrounding street parking. Point of entry is from the construction gate located on 53rd Street and Collins Avenue.
